At Top Notch, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags and inserts intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Custom or personalised orders

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant where stock is available. Please contact us to check availability before initiating a return for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
